August is Christmas Card month at Ideal Papercraft!

Mary has the first of five challenges in the forum here…The first challenge (from Mary) is to choose a country that is competing in the Olympics and use the colours from that country’s flag in your Christmas card. You can add a neutral colour if you wish; black, white, kraft/beige, etc.
For a bonus point: include something in your card, either as a sentiment or embellishment, that represents your chosen country.  Here is Mary’s example:

The country is Germany; using the colours Black, Red and Yellow (Gold), with the addition of off white as the neutral colour.  As an additional touch of Germany Mary has used “Frohliche Weihnachten” sentiment (German for Happy Christmas) placed under the main “Merry Christmas” sentiment.  The papers are all from Kaisercraft’s December 25th collection.

I LOVE that flower!!

There are already some entries in the Gallery and we look forward to seeing some more by midnight next Monday.

There will be a new challenge (mine :)) in the forum next Tuesday….
